Trimester 3 Uniconnect
Join us for a fun day away on Magnetic Island! We’ll spend the day exploring, swimming, playing games, relaxing and hanging out together. As a Christian uni community, it’s also a great opportunity to connect with other Christians, make new friends and enjoy some good fellowship outside of our usual uni routine.
Whether you’re already part of the group or keen to meet some new people, come along for a fun day of adventure, community and good times!
A rough plan of our day:
8:00am Meet at JCU
8:05am Drive to Sealink Ferry
8:35am Arrive at ferry terminal
8:45am Ferry departs TSV
9:10 Arrive Magnetic Island, Nelly Bay
9:20 Bus –> Forts Walk
11:30 Swim at Horseshoe Bay
12:30 Lunch, chill
Approx 2:10 Bus back to Nelly Bay, Ferry home
Approx 2:30 Arrive Townsville
Approx 3:00pm Arrive back at uni
